| Home | Romantik Hotel Villa PagodaThe Romantik Hotel Villa Pagoda was built at the beginning of the 19th century as a private house for a rich merchant from Genoa. At the time, the reason for the picturesque location directly on the coast was to bring the valuable cargo from his ships from China directly into the house via an underground passageway. At the beginning of this century, when it was owned by the Swiss consul, magnificent parties for the aristocracy were held here. The present Romantik Hotel, surrounded by a centuries-old park, captivates its guests by its select period furniture and valuable materials, the imposing Murano chandelier and floors made of antique Carrara marble, transporting them to the splendours of bygone times. The fine house cuisine is in keeping with Ligurian tradition. |
