Ringhotel Paulsen
The Ringhotel Paulsen has 38 modern furnished rooms with 77 beds, a restaurant, a bar and five further rooms for all kinds of events up to 100 people. This has been the home of the Paulsen family since 1786. We opened a small restaurant in our farm in 1895. After World War II our hotel began as we furnished the first couple of rooms. We kept the family-charm and personal atmosphere all trough the years and meanwhile twenty-five employees and the fourth and fifth generation of the Paulsen family do their best to make you feel at home. Conveniently placed halfway between Hamburg and Bremen, Lueneburger Heide and North Sea Zeven is an ideal starting point for the business traveler, private guest and tourist party.
