Offering guests many spa services and an atmosphere conducive to relaxation and revitalization. The Grand Lido Sans Souci dubs itself a 'spa sample.' Many of the guests who go there have never experienced a spa, and they find this all-inclusive (a spa package is complimentary with a six day stay) resort is a very nice testing ground. The property has 146 private suites, four outdoor pools, and two tennis courts. Spa facilities incorporate three wet areas with showers, four massage areas, two facial rooms, one facial/massage room, a gazebo for open air reflexology, six manicure stations, and two hairstyling areas. Aromatherapy, facials, hairstyling, manicures, pedicures, and mineral baths are among the skin and body treatments available. Massages include reflexology, shiatsu, and Swedish. A signature treatment of the spa is the local body scrub, which combines all natural ingredients such as cornmeal and coconut oil, and is topped off with a 99% aloe wipe. Fitness classes offered are standard, step, and water aerobics; stretching; Tae-Bo; and yoga. Exercise facilities consist of cardiovascular equipment (four treadmills, step machine, rowing machine, versa climber, air bikes, and Lifecycle), resistance weight training equipment, various free weights, and quad machines. Outdoor biking, water-skiing, scuba diving, snorkeling, hiking, swimming, and tennis are among recreational activities.
