'Colonial House'That accomodation is a very large Guesthouse just restructured so it is really a new accomodation!!It's good for at last 7 people maximum.It's located in a quartier of a very nice area of the city,it's a very old quartier of Rome,living at a less expansive price,so we think that you will surelly will like it!!.The real historical center of the city is at only 3 minutes by walking to the Vatican Museum and 10 minutes by walking to the wonderfull St.Peter's Church.Moreover this accomodation is very well connected with the rest of the most beautifull places of the city,like Colosseum,Spanish's steps and Trevi's fountain,infact just 5 minutes by walking there is a Metro's stop that is real easy to use to reach them.Also the bus stop of many buses is at 3 minutes far from the house.In the same street there is an automatic laundry-shop very comfortable and also an international call canter,a tipical roman 'Bar' to do breakfast,a famous free market every morning to buy fresh fruit,vegetable and so on.... SERVICES OF THE HOUSE:-Inside the house there is a COMMON AREA:it's a very large livingroom with a kitchen corner with all facilities to cook and fridge,a sitting corner to eat and a nice sofa' bed that you can turns to arrange another bed good for one adult or two childrens.-Changing of bed linen,towels are included in the price .-Heathing is also included in the price.-Soap and all thing that you could need to clean the house are available and included in the price.Also is included a weekly cleaning of the house.You can choose between 3 DIFFERENT ACCOMODATION IN 'COLONIAL GHUESTHOUSE':-For 2 people there are two double rooms one with a private bathroom inside and another one with bathroom shared with only one single room.-For 1 person there is a very nice single room with bathroom shared very particular furniture. -There is also another single bed that is possible to arrange so in total you can stay in 7 people maximum having 2 double room,one single,a sofa' bed for one adult or two childrens,one single bed that is possible to arrange.
