| Home | Bredal Kro - a Danish InnBredal Kro received the royal licence in 1847 and is an inn with a lot of atmosphere. It was originally the main building of a farmstead built round a quadrangle and placed so close to the road that many travellers knocked on the door and asked for a drink of cold well water. The farmer was not slow to replace the water with good home-brewed beer and aquavit as well as delicious home-cooked food. Though the inn is old is has kept up with modern demands, and it has undergone modernizations and changes more than onces. Most recently, banqueting, class and conference rooms, able to accommodate up to 100 guests, has been added. The inn is located in quite surroundings, but still close to main roads, which makes the inn a perfect starting point for excursions and tours in Jutland and Funen. |
