Atlantic Palace - a SNR Hotel
The Atlantic Palace hotel, in the the heart of the city, welcomes you during your stay, being of business or pleasure, in a fine environment, rich of history and tradition, that at the same time will offer you all the comforts of a modern hotel. The hotel is located close to the train station of 'Santa Maria Novella' and to the congress and exhibition centre, just a few steps away from the Cathedral and from the museums and main monuments. The building, dating back to the XIII century and used to be a monastery, still keeps some untouched testimonies of the historical period: the coffered ceiling with wood beams in most of the rooms, the perfect vaults and the rock romantic style pillar that caracterize the hall where the buffet breakfast is served. Moreover at the ground floor, you can admire 'The Big Ceramic Pot' in the Wedgewood style, produced at the end of the XIII century by 'Manifattura Salvini' from Florence. All the rooms, referbished between 1999 and 2001, are decorated in traditional Florentine style and are equipped with air conditioning, minibar, satellite TV, safety box and bathroom with hair drier. The hotel has a seporate regular conventioned garage in front of the hotel, with vallet parking, Internet point and Bar at guests disposal.
